此茶風味獨特！

茶葉在生長期間完全不使用農藥與化學肥料，在被「茶葉小綠蟬」咬食之後，因為植物本身具有治癒能力，使葉片的「茶多酚類」活性增強，「茶單寧」含量增加，這是此茶風味特殊的原因。

由經驗豐富的老茶師製作，再加上獨特的烘焙方式，讓此茶口感滑順、滋味濃厚、蜜香明顯。

建議沖泡水溫比泡常規烏龍茶略低一點，投茶量少一些，泡淡一點，可沖泡出絕佳風味，順喉甘甜。

另外，此茶「冷泡」亦風味極佳。（500毫升水，放入約3克茶，常溫泡兩個小時，即可飲用，或放在冰箱中浸泡6小時，風味更佳。）
